Video “Dream Sequence” by NeLaS & Professor Kliq
Marine Video Impressions | Some of you might know Bruno C. Vellutini aka NeLaS from his cover-artworks or his blog about creative commons music. In this video clip the biologist mixed some of his incredible video footage together with the song "Dream Sequence" by Professor Kliq.The beautiful organisms were collected during NeLas Master's Thesis/research studies at Marine Biology Center of University of São Paulo/Brazil. These pictures represent the life cycle of a marine invertebrate called "Sea Biscuits" (Clypeaster subdepressus). It belongs to the taxonomy of Echinodermata, just like starfish or sea urchin.

Sleepy Town Manufacture – “O Nei”
Beautiful handdrawn animated music video | This poetic video clip comes along with the netlabel compilation "Intelligent Toys 5" by Sutemos. It took three months to draw everything by hand for no_joy, the artist behind this beautiful piece of art. The style of the video reminds me of old animated movies I saw in my youth coming from eastern europe. Fascinating about the clip is its richness of details. You can discover lots of hand-drawn characters flying, crawling and wandering through a vector-based world.
